We should stay home, and it could be lonely because of no jobs and no friends to play with.
But therefore, we want you to know about our company.

NEET means a youth who is not employed in the company, does not to go to a school for education, and not in the employment training organization either.
We are a company which gathers NEETs(the youth who generally fulfills a condition) from all over Japan.
It established in November 2013 for the plan that all the members take office as a board member.
And, it is introduced by TV shows, magazines, and newspapers such as CNN when the company establishment innumerably, then now only the popularity is the best.
So finally, over 150 people are registered as the board members, and all our names are available to check on the registration certificate anytime with the Legal Affairs Bureau.
The most important and unique point in here is that we are not to the purpose of supporting ourselves to work or come back to normal life.
In other words, this is not only the company but also as the community to explore the correct work-style and discover the lifestyle together.
There are no bosses and no duty order at all, and no salary.
We are always released to do favorite activities and works, so we can do anything with freedom and self-responsibility if within the law and morals.
Of course If someone could earn money, he or she would get it.
Also, it’s unnecessary to tell real names here for enjoying a new personality with a business nickname.
We can always be connected to the members online.
Because it’s not easy to forgive a person and differences in people, we made quarrels and conflicts over and over again so far.
However, we noticed that it’s the meaning of continuing this company.
This is the social experiment no one has done yet to explore the ability of the human community, and also a great adventure of NEETs who have full of love and hatred.
We want to create a new type of company and experience a lot of feelings and growth dramas.
Though nobody knows where we reach, it’s always exciting.
Now we are recruiting new board members.

今、ご存知のように世界はコロナウイルスに苦しんでいます。
私たちは家にいて、仕事も友達もなく寂しいかもしれません。
だからこそ、私たちの会社を知ってほしいです。
NEETとは、雇用されず、学校に通っておらず、職業訓練もうけていない若者のことをいいます。
私たちは日本全国からそのようなニート達を集めています。
２０１３年の１１月に、全メンバーを取締役にする計画で会社を設立し、
当時テレビ、新聞、雑誌に無数に紹介され、今では人気だけが一流です。
結局、１５０人以上が取締役として実際に登記簿に名前が登録されました。
ここは私たちが仕事をし普通の生活に戻ることを目的とした場所ではありません。
会社だけでなくコミュニティとしても、ワークスタイルやライフスタイルを一緒に探求し、
自分自身で発見していくのです。
上司も、職務命令も、給与もありません。
法律の範囲内であれば常に好きな活動や仕事をすることができ、もちろんお金を稼ぐこともできます。
また、社内では必ずしも本名を言う必要はなく、ビジネスネームを使って
新しい個性を楽しみ、SNSでメンバーといつでも繋がることができます。
人や人によって異なる性格の違いを許すのは簡単ではないので、
今までなんども喧嘩や葛藤をくりかえしてきました。
これは、人間のコミュティ能力を探求する未だかつて誰もしたことのない社会実験でありまた、
愛と憎しみに満ちた、ニート達の壮大な冒険です。
私たちは、新しいタイプの会社とコミュニティを作り、
多くの感情や成長ドラマを経験したいと思っています。
どこに到達するのか誰にもわかりませんが、楽しみです。
